UMPIRE & REFEREE SELECTION
All Sports Aid officials undergo a comprehensive Sports Aid induction. They must read, sign, and comprehend specific policies and standards, ensuring a clear understanding of the high levels of professionalism and commitment expected when working with our client organisations. Reference checks are conducted before appointments, and all officials hold a valid child safety check.
QUALIFICATIONS
All Sports Aid officials have completed accredited training programs, and many are dedicated to advancing further along official umpire/referee accreditation pathways. Officials receive competition-specific rules and bylaws to enforce modified gameplay properly.
PROFESSIONALISM
In upholding the highest standards of professionalism, Sports Aid officials wear an official uniform and are expected to adhere to behavioural expectations. We use Connecteam and mobile communication to confirm Umpire/Referee attendance, ensuring dependable service delivery.
